We are very excited that Pecado Bueno is hosting this fundraiser.
•  $10.00 all-you-can-eat Taco Buffet

•  Raffle prizes of - $10.00 - $25.00 - $50.00 and other fun prizes
•  Cost for the raffle is $1.00 per ticket or $5.00 for an arm’s length

About TRC Carpenter House
The structure is located up the road leading to the rock quarry. TRC Carpenter House and it’s one acre was purchased from the Carpenter Family in the 2005/2006 season. During this time, the entire property was zoned as commercial farmland. The Carpenters had one acre rezoned residential so the could build a legal cabin and use the land recreationally as well.  TRC purchased the land and continue the use of recreation.

The renovation includes:
Structural improvements,  cleanup, and paint
Incinerating Toilet
Heater
Generator
Water
